การคืนสินค้ารายไอเทม กรณีคืนเงินและสินค้าสามารถขายต่อได้ Returning Items & Refund (The Item must be able to resales)

❶ กดปุ่ม Reversal

    Click on Reversal button

❷ ทำการเพิ่มไอเทม เหมือนตอนขายได้เลย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเพิ่มโดยยิงบาร์โค้ด ค้นหาไอเทม หรือ เพิ่มโดยปุ่ม Add Other

    Add items by either scaning barcode, searching item, or using Add Other button.

จะสังเกตเห็นว่า เมื่อทำการเพิ่มแล้ว ยอดเงินจะเป็นสีแดง ไม่เหมือนกับตอนขายที่เป็นสีน้ำเงิน

When click on the Reversal button, the total incl amount will be shown in RED.

❸ เลือกประเภทการชำระเงินเดียวกับช่องทางที่ลูกค้าชำระมา

    Select an payment method to refund.

❹ กด Post TXN

    Click on Post TXN button

จำนวนสินค้าคงเหลือจะบวกกลับมา (กรณีเป็น Stock Item เท่านั้น) If the item is an stock item, the quantity on hand will be back as reversed.
