วิธีการย้ายห้องพัก โดยการลากและวาง
เข้าสู่ระบบ Administration...Login to Administration Program

เข้าสู่โปรแกรม Administration

ขั้นตอนการย้ายห้องพัก
Room Move Process

❶ ไปที่แทบ Reservations

    Go to Reservations Tab

❷ ไปที่แทบ Occupancy Grid

    Go to Occupancy Grid

➌ กดเลือกการจองที่ต้องการย้ายห้อง Selected Booking เมื่อเลือกแล้วการจองดังกล่าวจะกระพริบ

    Select booking

➍ กดค้างแล้วลากการจองไปยังห้องที่ต้องการ
    Click and drag booking into a new room

การย้ายห้องพัก/Room Move

หมายเหตุ: เมื่อกดค้างแล้วลากไปยังห้องที่ต้องการแล้ว ระบบจะปรากฏหน้าต่างใหม่ เพื่อให้ยืนยันการจองอีกครั้ง
A booking confirmation window will pop up for user confirmation.

การยืนยันการย้ายห้องพัก

❶ หน้าต่างการยืนยันการย้ายห้องพักจะปรากฏขึ้น

    Booking Change Confirmation Window

❷ ในช่อง General Notes ทางผู้ใช้งานสามารถระบุโน๊ต หรือ เหตุผลในการย้ายห้องได้

    User will be able to put General Notes for moving reason.

➌ ตรวจสอบเรทราคาห้องพักอีกครั้งก่อนยืนยัน ราคาในช่องซ้ายมือ คือ ราคาเดิม ราคาในช่องขวามือ คือ ราคาใหม่ที่ลูกค้าควรจะต้องชำระ

    Recheck the room rate before confirming.

➍ กดปุ่ม Confirm
    Select Confirm

การย้ายห้องพักสำเร็จ
Room Move Successful

❶ กลับไปที่หน้าแทบ Reservations 

    Go to Reservations Tab

❷ แทบ Occupancy Grid

    Go to Occupancy Grid

➌ การจองใหม่ถูกย้ายมาที่ห้องใหม่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
    Room move successful

ย้ายห้องพักสำเร็จ/Moving Completed

❶ ไปที่แทบ Reservations

    Go to Reservation Tab

❷ ไปที่แทบ Occupancy Grid

    Go to Occupancy Grid

➌ กดเลือกการจองที่ต้องการย้ายวันเข้าพัก Selected Booking เมื่อเลือกแล้วการจองดังกล่าวจะกระพริบ

    Select Booking

➍ กดค้างแล้วลากการจองไปยังวันที่ต้องการ
    Click and drag to a new date

❶ หน้าต่างการยืนยันการย้ายห้องพักจะปรากฏขึ้น

❶ กลับไปที่หน้าแทบ Reservations 

    Go to Reservation Tab

❷ แทบ Occupancy Grid

    Go to Occupacy Grid

➌ การจองใหม่ถูกย้ายมาที่วันเข้าพักใหม่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
    Date Changing Successful
