การตั้งค่าไม่กรอกหมายเลขอ้างอิงในแต่ละประเภทการชำระเงิน - Disable Transaction References

 

เข้าสู่ระบบ...Log in to Shopkeeper

เข้าสู่การตั้งค่า

❶ กดปุ่มฟันเฟืองเพื่อเข้าสู่หน้าตั้งค่า

    Click on the Setting icon to access the setting page

❷ ไปที่แทบ Reference Rules

    Go to Reference Rules tab

❸ กดลูกศรเพื่อเลือกการตั้งค่า โดย

    Click on drop down to select rules

Do not Request - ไม่ต้องใส่

Not Compulsory - ไม่บังคับ

Compulsory - บังคับให้ใส่

หากตั้งค่าเป็น Compulsary ระบบจะปรากฏหน้าต่างขึ้นมาให้ใส่ หมายเลขธุรกรรมอ้างอิง เช่น หมายเลข 4 ตัวท้ายของบัตรเครดิต หมายเลขอ้างอิงบนสลิปการโอน

If the rule is setup as 'Compulsary', system will show this below window to force users put the transaction reference such as 4 last digits of credit card or reference number of the transfer payment slip.
