❶ ไปที่แทบ Clients
❷ ไปที่ปุ่ม Transactions
❸ ไปที่แทบ Ledger
❹ ไปที่ปุ่ม Commission
❺ กดรูปกระดาษเพื่อสร้างกฏ Commission ใหม่
❻ หน้าต่าง Commission Edit จะปรากฏขึ้น
ตัวอย่าง คือ จะเป็นการตั้งค่าให้ระบบคิดค่าแรงแคดดี้ชื่อ Suchaya
โดยค่าแคดดี้ที่ลูกค้าชำระเข้ามา จะคิดเป็นของแคดดี้ 90% อีก 10% จะเป็นรายได้บริษัท
เช่น ลูกค้าชำระค่าแคดดี้ราคา 500 บาท แคดดี้จะได้รับเงิน 450 บาท และถือเป็นรายได้บริษัทอีก 50 บาท
❷ กดแว่นขยายเพื่อค้นหาบัญชีเจ้าหนี้แคดดี้
❸ ระบุชื่อแคดดี้
❹ เมื่อเจอบัญชีแคดดี้แล้วให้กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกเพื่อเลือก โดยชื่อ Account Type ต้องเป็น Caddy Commission
❺ เลือก Status: Caddy Commission (ต้องมีการสร้างและระบุ Status Caddy Commission ให้
❻ เลือกชื่อแคดดี้ให้ตรงกับชื่อด้านบน โดยชื่อแคดดี้ตรงนี้จะต้องทำการสร้างรายชื่อแคดดี้ในโปรแกรม Golfer ก่อน
❼ กดแว่นขยายเพื่อค้นหาไอเทมที่จะทำการชาร์ตค่าคอมมิสชั่นแคดดี้ โดยไอเทมนี้จะไปปรากฏบนรีพอต
❽ ค้นหาไอเทมที่ต้องการ
❾ กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ไอเทมเพื่อเลือก
❿ ระบุยอดคอมมิสชั่นให้แคดดี้ โดยช่องนี้จะเป็นจำนวน % ที่แคดดี้จะได้รับเงิน
