Log in Administration --> Reservations --> Occupancy Grid


1. Click on the booking
    คลิกที่การจอง
 
2. Click "Transactions"
    คลิก Transactions

3. Click "Booking  Transactions"
    คลิก Booking Transactions



4. Select Deposit Type "Booking Deposit"
    เลือกประเภทมัดจำ Booking Deposit

5. Select Payment Type 
    เลือกประเภทการชำระเงิน

6. Click "magic wand icon"
    คลิกไอคอนไม้คฑาวิเศษณ์

7.Enter Tendered Amount
   ใส่ยอด Tendered Amount

8. Click Post Transaction
    คลิก Post Transaction


9. Click "OK"
    คลิก OK
   

10. Select Print/Preview
      เลือก Print/Preview

11. Click "Post"
      คลิก Post

13. Select Deposit Type "Key Deposit"
      เลือกประเภทมัดจำ Key Deposit

14. Select Payment Type 
      เลือกประเภทการชำระเงิน

      คลิกไอคอนไม้คฑาวิเศษณ์

16. Enter Tendered Amount
      ใส่ยอด Tendered Amount

17. Click Post Transaction
      คลิก Post Transaction


18. Select Print/Preview
      เลือก Print/Preview

19. Click "Post"
      คลิก Post

21. The booking is changed the color after kept the room and key deposit
