วิธีการจองห้องพักแบบกลุ่ม(พื้นฐาน) - The group booking (basic) process

 

Log in Administration


❶ Reservations tab
    คลิก Reservations

❷ Occupancy Grid tab
    คลิก Occupancy Grid

➌ Locate & Select: Click & Drag over the required Date(s) & Units blocks
    Locate & Select: ลากเมาส์เพื่อเลือกห้องและช่วงเวลาที่ต้องการ

➍ Select the Create A New Booking(page glyph)
    สร้างบุ้คกิ้งโดยคลิก ไอคอนกระดาษ


❶ Create A New Booking window

    หน้าต่าง Create A New Booking

❷ Client: select on the Find A Client / Company (people with magnifying glass glyph)

    ค้นหาลูกค้าโดยคลิกที่ ไอคอนรูปคนและแว่นขยาย

❷ Fast-Search: type in the name / surname of the required profile

    Fast-Search: พิมพ์ชื่อ-นามสกุลเพื่อค้นหาลูกค้า


➌ Locate & Select: Double click on required profile

    Locate & Select: ดับเบิ้ลคลิกชื่อลูกค้าที่มีในระบบอยู่แล้ว



❶ Create A New Client Account window

    หน้าต่าง Create A New Booking


❷ Account Type: use the drop down to access the list of options

    Account Type: เลือกตัวเลือกในตัวเลือกเลื่อนลง


➌ Booking: use the drop down to access the list of options

Booking: เลือกตัวเลือกในตัวเลือกเลื่อนลง หมายเหตุ: Group Master ใช้ในกรณีต้องการแยกค่าห้องออกจาก ค่า Extra Charge เป็นต้น


➍ Select the Create Account button
    คลิก Create Account


❶ Create A New Booking window
    หน้าต่าง Create A New Booking


❷ Client: selected Client Profile

    Client: โปรไฟล์ลูกค้าที่ได้เลือก


➌ Adults: type in the occupants amount

    Adults: พิมพ์จำนวณผู้เข้าพัก(ผู้ใหญ่)


➍ Select the Copy (double page glyph) this will allow you to copy the following details to ALL booking legs:

    คลิก ไอคอนกระดาษ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้คุณสามารถคัดลอกรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้ไปยังทุกบุ้คกิ้งได้:

  •     Client = ลูกค้า
  •     Role = บทบาท
  •     Adults = ผู้ใหญ่
  •     Children = เด็ก
  •     Status = สถานะ
  •     Booking Reference = อ้างอิงการจอง


❶ Select Bookings window

    หน้าต่าง Select Bookings


❷ Check the Boxes of the Bookings Required

    เลือกติ๊กบุ้คกิ้งที่ต้องการคัดลอก


➌ Select the Accept button
    คลิก Accept


❶ Create A New Booking window
    หน้าต่าง Create A New Booking

❷ Client: selected Client Profile
    Client: โปรไฟล์ลูกค้าที่ได้เลือก

➌ Adults: type in the occupants amount
    Adults: พิมพ์จำนวณผู้เข้าพัก(ผู้ใหญ่)

➍ Select the Copy (double page glyph)

    คลิก Copy (ไอคอนกระดาษ) หากต้องการคัดลอกรายละเอียดโปรไฟล์การจอง


❺ Select the Booker Rate button, this will add the rate to the booking
    คลิก Booker Rate เพื่อแสดงราคาเรทห้องพัก


❻ Select the Deposit button, this will add the deposit to the booking
    คลิก Deposit เพื่อแสดงค่ามัดจำการจอง


❼ Select the Copy (double page glyph) this will copy the Rate and Deposit to ALL Booking legs
    คลิก ไอคอนกระดาษคู่ 
เพื่อที่จะคัดลอกเรทห้องพักและค่ามัดจำไปยังทุกบุ้คกิ้ง



❶ Select Bookings window

    หน้าต่าง Select Bookings


❷ Check the Boxes of the Bookings Required
    เลือกติ๊กบุ้คกิ้งที่ต้องการคัดลอก


➌ Select the Accept button
    คลิก Accept

❷ Select the Yes button to proceed with the Rate and Deposit copy to ALL Group Booking Legs

    คลิก Yes เพื่อดำเนินการคัดลอกเรทห้องพักและค่ามัดจำไปยังทุกบุ้คกิ้ง

➍ Select the Copy (double page glyph) Booking Profile information   
    คลิก Copy (ไอคอนกระดาษ) หากต้องการ

คัดลอกรายละเอียดโปรไฟล์การจอง


❺ Select the Booker Rate button, this will add the rate to the booking

    คลิก Booker Rate เพื่อแสดงราคาเรท

ห้องพัก


❻ Select the Deposit button, this will add the deposit to the booking
    คลิก Deposit เพื่อแสดงค่ามัดจำการจอง

❼ Select the Copy (double page glyph) Rate and Deposit information

    คลิก ไอคอนกระดาษคู่ 

เพื่อที่จะคัดลอกเรทห้องพักและค่ามัดจำไปยัง

ทุกบุ้คกิ้ง


❽ Select the Copy (double page glyph) Folio Account details

    คลิก ไอคอนกระดาษคู่ 

เพื่อที่จะคัดลอกรายละเอียดของ Folioไปยัง

ทุกบุ้คกิ้ง



❶ Select Bookings window
    หน้าต่าง Select Bookings

❷ Check the Boxes of the Bookings Required

    เลือกติ๊กบุ้คกิ้งที่ต้องการคัดลอก

เพื่อที่จะคัดลอกรายละเอียดของ Folioไปยัง

ทุกบุ้คกิ้ง


❾ Select the Accept button, to accept and create the Group Booking

    คลิก Accept เพื่อยอมรับและสร้าง
