การออกใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปแบบ Issueing A Full Tax

❶ หน้าต่าง Shopkeeper

    Shopkeeper Window

❷ กดปุ่ม Recall TXN

    Click on Recall TXN

ค้นหาและเลือกใบเสร็จ Transaction Searching

❶ หน้าต่าง View Transactions

    View Transactions Window

❷ เลือกตัวกรองธุรกรรม    

    Filter transaction

• From - เลือกวันที่ (ระบบจะเลือกค่าเริ่มต้นเป็นวันนี้)
• Departments - แผนก (ระบบจะเลือกค่าเริ่มต้นเป็นแผนกที่เข้าระบบ)
• Client - สามารถค้นหาชื่อลูกค้าได้ (หากทราบ)
• Booking - สามารถค้นหาการจองได้ (หากทราบ)

➌ กดเลือกใบเสร็จที่ต้องการจะพิมพ์อีกครั้ง

    Select a transaction to convert

➍ กดปุ่ม Convert to Full Tax Invoice เพื่อออกใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปแบบ

    Click on Convert Full Tax Invoice Button

ค้นหาและเลือกประวัติลูกค้า Client Profile Search

❶ หน้าต่างค้นหาประวัติลูกค้าจะปรากฏขึ้น

    Client Search Window

❷ พิมพ์ค้นหาชื่อบริษัท หรือชื่อบุคคลในช่องค้นหา

    Search client by using surname, first name or company name

➌ หากพบแล้วให้กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ประวัติลูกค้าที่ต้องการ เพื่อเลือก

    Double click to select client

ยืนยันการออกใบกำกับภาษี Confirm Convert A Transaction

❶ หน้าต่าง Convert to Full Tax Invoice

    Convert to Full Tax Invoice Window

❷ คลิก Confirm

    Click Confirm Button

ใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปแบบออกสำเร็จ

Succussfully Issued

หมายเหตุ สามารถออกได้ทั้งแบบ A4 และสลิป

Remark: Able to issue in A4 and Slip
