โปรแกรม CiMSO Fully Integrated Software มีโมดูลสมาชิก (Membership) ที่ให้ลูกค้าสามารถเก็บคะแนนสมาชิก และนำคะแนนสมาชิกมาชำระแทนเงินสดได้ โดยการเก็บคะแนนสมาชิกจะเก็บตามยอดการใช้จ่ายในแต่ละบิล โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถกำหนดค่าอัตราการสะสมคะแนนตามยอดการใช้จ่ายได้ตามต้องการ ฟีเจอร์นี้ช่วยเพิ่มแรงจูงใจให้กับสมาชิกในการใช้บริการและทำให้เกิดการซื้อซ้ำอีกด้วย (Customer Retention)

นอกจากนี้ การปรับแต่งการคำนวณคะแนนสะสมยังสามารถปรับแต่งได้ตามความต้องการของธุรกิจ จึงช่วยให้ระบบสามารถตอบสนองต่อกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Points are calculated based on the transaction amount, and users can configure the point calculation percentage according to their company policy. การเก็บคะแนนสมาชิก Point Collection

สามารถเก็บคะแนนได้ในหลายโปรแกรม โดยคู่มือฉบับนี้จะเป็นการแสดงตัวอย่างการเก็บคะแนนผ่านโปรแกรม Shopkeeper เท่านั้น

ทำการโพสขายสินค้าตามปกติ  Process item selection before posting a transaction

• หากลูกค้าเป็นสมาชิกสามารถค้นหาสมาชิกได้ทันที

     If client is already a member, users are able to search client from this program.

• หากไม่เคยเป็น จะต้องทำการสมัครสมาชิกก่อนที่โปรแกรม Administration

     If client is non-member, users have to register them in the Administration program first.

ค้นหาประวัติสมาชิก Searching members

❶ กดสัญลักษณ์แว่นขยาย

    Click on magnifying glass

    

❷ เลือกประเภทข้อมูลที่จะใช้ในการค้นหา

    Select searching type

• By Code - ค้นหาด้วยรหัสลูกค้า

• By Surname - ค้นหาด้วยนามสกุล

• By Name - ค้นหาด้วยชื่อจริง

• By Address - ค้นหาด้วยที่อยู่

• By Company - ค้นหาด้วยชื่อบริษัท

• By Membership - ค้นหาด้วยรหัสสมาชิก

❸ พิมพ์ข้อมูลในการค้นหาตามที่เลือกประเภทข้อมูลในหมายเลข ❷

    Put the searching name as selected in label number ❷

❹ เมื่อพบประวัติลูกค้าแล้วให้กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกเพื่อเลือก

    Double click to select client name

เมื่อเลือกชื่อสมาชิกขึ้นมาแล้ว จะกลับมาหน้าแรก

The software will return to the first page after selecting the member.

❺ หน้าต่างยืนยันจะปรากฏขึ้น

    A confirmation window will appear.

❻ กด Yes หากต้องการขายเชื่อและชาร์ตเงินเข้าบัญชีสมาชิกท่านนี้

    กด No หากต้องการขายสด สมาชิกชำระเงินสดทันที

    Click Yes if use selected member as debtor and charge to account.

    Click No if the client will pay immediately.

หลังจากเลือกขายเชื่อหรือขายสด และเลือกช่องทางการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว

If client will pay immediately, users have to select a payment method.

❼ กดปุ่ม Post TXN เพื่อบันทึกธุรกรรมได้เลย

    Click on Post TXN to post a transaction

การตรวจสอบคะแนนสมาชิก Point Checking

❷ กดปุ่ม Post TXN ได้เลย

    Click on Post TXN to post a transaction

คะแนนคงเหลือจะลดลง

The remaining points is deducted.
