โปรแกรมคิมโซ สามารถช่วยมอบประสบการณ์การชำระเงินที่สะดวกและปลอดภัยให้กับลูกค้าของท่านด้วยการทำงานแบบ Cash Card ซึ่งมีลักษณะการใช้งานคล้ายกับบัตรเติมเงินใน Food Court ลูกค้าสามารถเติมเงินเข้าบัตรล่วงหน้า และใช้จ่ายได้ทันทีผ่านบัตรเงินสดนี้


เมื่อลูกค้ามีการชำระเงินด้วย Cash Card ยอดใช้จ่ายจะถูกหักจากเงินที่เติมไว้ก่อนหน้า ทำให้ลูกค้ารู้ยอดเงินคงเหลือได้ตลอดเวลา ไม่พลาดทุกการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย


ทั้งนี้ ระบบยังสามารถมอบความยืดหยุ่นให้ผู้ประกอบการในการทำงาน โดยระบบไม่จำกัดเพียงแค่ต้องชำระด้วยบัตรเงินสดเท่านั้น แต่ยังสามารถเลือกใช้วิธีชำระเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น แสกนบาร์โค้ด หรือค้นหาด้วยชื่อลูกค้า เบอร์โทร เลขรหัสสมาชิก เพื่อให้การทำธุรกรรมเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมีอุปกรณ์เสริมเพิ่มเติม

📚ขั้นตอนการค้นหาประวัติบัตรเงินสด Searching cash card profile
❶ กดสัญลักษณ์แว่นขยาย
    Click on the magnifying glass button

ผู้ใช้งานสามารถค้นหาประวัติสมาชิกได้หลายวิธี เช่น

There are many ways to allow users searching a cash card profile such as:


✴️การค้นหาโดยใช้บัตรเงินสดแตะ Searching by tab the Identification Card

❶ กดปุ่ม Identification

    Click on Identification button

❷ เมื่อหน้าต่าง Identification ปรากฏขึ้น ให้แตะบัตรเงินสดกับเครื่อง RFID Reader หรือ แสกนบาร์โค้ด (ขึ้นอยู่กับอุปกรณ์ที่บริษัทมี)
    The Identification reader window will pop up. Customers are able to tab a card.


✴️ ค้นหาประวัติสมาชิก โดยค้นหาจากชื่อหรือเบอร์โทร Users also able to search cash card profile by using name or phone number.


❶ กดสัญลักษณ์แว่นขยาย

    Click on magnifying glass icon

❷ เลือกประเภทข้อมูลที่จะใช้ในการค้นหา

    Select data type

  • By Code - ค้นหาด้วยรหัสลูกค้า

  • By Surname - ค้นหาด้วยนามสกุล

  • By Name - ค้นหาด้วยชื่อจริง

  • By Address - ค้นหาด้วยที่อยู่

  • By Company - ค้นหาด้วยชื่อบริษัท

  • By Membership - ค้นหาด้วยรหัสสมาชิก

❸ พิมพ์ข้อมูลในการค้นหาตามที่เลือกประเภทข้อมูลในหมายเลข ❷

    Put the keywords search in the search area.

❹ เมื่อพบประวัติลูกค้าแล้วให้กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกเพื่อเลือก
    Double click on client profile to select


เมื่อเลือกชื่อสมาชิกขึ้นมาแล้ว จะกลับมาหน้าแรก

System will bring back to the first page


❺ หน้าต่างยืนยันจะปรากฏขึ้น

    The confirmation window is appeared.

❻ ให้กด Yes เพื่อชาร์ตเข้าสู่บัญชีบัตรเงินสดของลูกค้าและไปหักลบกับเงินมัดจำที่เติมเข้ามาล่วงหน้า
    Click Yes to allow charging into cash card.


❼ รายละเอียดของลูกค้าจะปรากฏ
    Details of customer will be shown


📚 การตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัตรเงินสด
Checking the remaining cash

❶ กดสัญลักษณ์แว่นขยาย

    Click on magnifying glass

❷ กดปุ่ม Manage

    Click on Manage button

❸ ยอดเงินคงเหลือจะแสดงในช่อง Account Balance
    The remaining balance will be shown in the Account Balance.


📚การเติมเงินเข้าบัตรเงินสดโปรแกรม Shopkeeper
Topup Money to Cash Card


❶ รายละเอียดเจ้าของบัตร

    Details of Cash Card Owner

❷ กดปุ่ม Manage

    Click on Manage button

❸ กดไม้คทาสีแดงในช่อง Pay Amount

    Click on magic wands on Pay Amount box



❹ ระบุยอดเงินที่จะเติมเข้าไป

    Put the pay amount

❺ กด Enter เพื่อยืนยัน
    Click on Enter button


เลือกช่องทางการชำระเงิน หลังจากกดปุ่ม Enter แล้ว

Select payment method after click on Enter button


❶ หลังจากกด Enter เรียบร้อยแล้ว ยอดเงินจะปรากฏในช่อง Pay Amount

    The pay amount will be shown in the Pay Amount box

❷ เลือกช่องทางการชำระเงิน

    Select payment method

❸ ระบุยอดเงินที่ลูกค้าชำระเข้ามา

    Put the tendered amount

❹ กด Post TXN เพื่อบันทึกรายการ
    Click on Post TXN to post a transaction


ยอดเงินคงเหลือจะปรับหลังจากที่มีการเติมเงินเข้าไป
The account balance will be adjusted.



📚ขั้นตอนการชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเงินสด Making a payment by Cash Card

ทำการเลือกสินค้าเข้าตามปกติ เมื่อจะชำระเงินให้ค้นหาประวัติสมาชิกก่อน

Adding the items


❶ กดสัญลักษณ์แว่นขยาย

    Click on the magnifying glass


ค้นหาประวัติสมาชิก โดยใช้บัตรเงินสดแตะ Searching the cash card profile


❶ กดปุ่ม Identification

    Click on the Identification button

❷ เมื่อหน้าต่าง Identification ปรากฏขึ้น ให้แตะบัตรเงินสดกับเครื่อง RFID Reader หรือ แสกนบาร์โค้ด (ขึ้นอยู่กับอุปกรณ์ที่บริษัทมี)
    Tap the cash card on the reader when the identification window is pop up.


เมื่อค้นหาลูกค้าพบแล้ว ระบบจะพากลับมาที่หน้าแรก System will bring back to the first page


❶ ข้อมูลลูกค้าจะปรากฏขึ้น

    Details of cash card's owner

❷ เลือกหมายเลข Account กรณีลูกค้ามีหลายบัญชี

    Select client account (if customer has more than single account)

❸ กดปุ่ม Post TXN เพื่อบันทึกรายการ
    Click on Post TXN button


ยอดเงินคงเหลือจะลดลง
The remaining amount will be deducted.
