❸ กดรูปกระดาษเพื่อสร้างวอยเชอร์ใหม่
❹ เลือกประเภทวอยเชอร์เป็น Rain Check Voucher
❺ ระบุหมายเลขวอยเชอร์ หากไม่ระบุระบบจะ ออกให้อัตโนมัติ
❻ ระบุมูลค่าของวอยเชอร์
ยกตัวอย่าง เช่น Rain Check ทั้งหมด 1,350 THB
ประกอบไปด้วย
Green Fees 250 THB
Cart Fees 700 THB
Caddy Fees 400 THB
ลูกค้าต้องชําระ 1,150 THB (1,350 - 1,150 = 200) หมายความว่าวอยเชอร์ใบนี้ต้องมีมูลค่า 200 บาท จึงระบุ 200 บาท ในช่อง Voucher Value Incl.
❼ ระบุวันหมดอายุ
❽ กดสร้างวอยเชอร์
❷ กด Issue Highlighted Voucher เพื่อออกวอยเชอร์ให้ลูกค้า
❸ เลือกชื่อลูกค้าที่จะออกวอยเชอร์ให้ หมายเหตุ หากต้องการระบุชื่อลูกค้า ลูกค้าท่านนั้นต้องมี ประวัติในระบบ หากไม่มีประวัติ ไม่ต้องระบุชื่อลูกค้า
❹ ใส่ยอด 0 เพื่อไม่ให้ชาร์ตเงินลูกค้า
❺ กด Process Transaction
