ขั้นตอนการโอนสต็อคสินค้า - The stock transfer process

  

Log in Administration


1. Go to Products/Services tab
    ไปที่แถบ products/services

2. Click "Process Transactions"
    คลิก Process Transactions


3. Click "Stock"
    คลิก Stock

4. Click "Procurement Console"
    คลิก Procurement Console



5. Click "Stock Transfer"
    คลิก Stock Transfer

6. Click "Green plus icon"
    คลิกไอคอนเครื่องหมายบวกสีเขียว


7. Form Location : Select option in drop down 
    Form Location : เลือกตัวเลือกในรายการ


8. Form Stock Store : Select option in drop down 
    Form Stock Store : เลือกตัวเลือกในรายการ


9. From Ledger : Select option in drop down
    From Ledger : เลือกตัวเลือกในรายการ


10. Enter transfer reference
      ใส่รายการอ้างอิงการโอนสต๊อกสินค้า

11. To Location :  Select option in drop down
      To Location :  เลือกตัวเลือกในรายการ


12. To Stock Store : Select option in drop down
      To Stock Store : เลือกตัวเลือกในรายการ


13. To Ledger :  Select option in drop down
      To Ledger :  เลือกตัวเลือกในรายการ


14. Click "Green plus icon"
      คลิกไอคอนเครื่องหมายบวกสีเขียว


15. Click "Add Item"
      คลิก Add Item

16. Click to select the item
      คลิกเพื่อเลือกรายการ

17. Enter the quantity 
      ใส่ปริมาณสินค้า

18. Click "Accept Items"
      คลิก Accept Items


19. Can edit quantity here as well
      สามารถแก้ไขปริมาณที่นี่ได้เช่นกัน

20. Click "Perform Transfer"
      คลิก Perform Transfer


21. Click "OK"
      คลิก OK


22. Can click "Printer icon" for print out 
      สามารถคลิกที่ไอคอนเครื่องพิมพ์เพื่อพิมพ์หน้านี้


23. Print Preview window
      หน้าต่างตัวอย่างก่อนพิมพ์


The stock transfer will show Posted
