การสร้างแพกเกจราคาห้องพักรายเดือน

Monthly Package Creation

❶ ไปที่แถบ Packages

    Go to Packages Tab

❷ กดแก้ไข รูปดินสอ

    Click on Pencil icon to edit

❸ กดสร้างใหม่ รูปกระดาษ

    Click on Paper icon to create new icon

❹ ระบุรหัสแพกเกจ

    Named the Package Code

❺ กดปุ่ม Accept

    Click on Accept button

Setting up the package details

❶ แพกเกจใหม่ บรรทัดสีแดงจะปรากฏขึ้น

    New package is created

❷ ตั้งชื่อแพกเกจ

    Named to Package in the Description column

❸ ระบุกลุ่มแพกเกจ (ถ้ามี)

    Select the package category (optional)

❹ จำกัดกลุ่มผู้จองที่สามารถจองแพกเกจนี้ได้

    Limited this package to the booker roles (optional)

❺ จำกัดสถานะผู้จองที่สามารถจองแพกเกจนี้ได้

    Limited this package to a specific client status (optional)

❻ ระบุเชื้อชาติ หากต้องการจำกัดกลุ่มผู้จองที่

สามารถจองแพกเกจนี้ได้

   Limited this package to a specific nationality (optional) 

❼ ติ้กถูก หากต้องการจำกัดเฉพาะสมาชิก

    Tick in the 'Member Required' to limited this package to a specific membership status (optional)

❽ ระบุประเภทห้องพัก หากต้องการจำกัดประเภทห้องสำหรับแพกเกจ

    Limited this package to a specific room type

จากตัวอย่าง จะจำกัดเป็นห้อง Suite เพื่อให้เรทแพกเกจ

รายเดือนนี้เป็นเรทของห้อง Suite เท่านั้น

In this example, this package is limited to Suite room only.

❾ ระบุระยะเวลาจำกัดของแพกเกจ (ถ้ามี)

    Limited this package to a specific period (optional)

❿ ระบุระยะเวลาการจองต่อแพกเกจ (ถ้ามี)

    Limited this package to a staying period
length (optional)

จากตัวอย่าง จะจำกัดเป็นแพกเกจรายเดือน ซึ่งต้องเข้าพักอย่างน้อย 30 วัน 

In this example, this is a monthly package. So, it is required minimum 30 days of staying period.

⓫ สามารถติ้กถูก หากต้องการจำกัดวันใช้งานของ

แพกเกจ

    Limited to a specific days of the week (optional)

⓬ ติ้กถูกในช่อง Contains Accommodation Charges เนื่องจากเป็น

แพกเกจเรทห้อง

    Tick on the 'Contains Accommodation' column as this is a package rate.

ขั้นตอนระบุราคาแพกเกจรายเดือน

Setup the monthly package price

❶ จะสังเกตเห็นว่า ในช่อง Package Rate ไม่สามารถแก้ไขราคาได้ ราคาในช่องนี้จะมาจากราคาในไอเทมที่ระบุด้านล่าง

    The amount in the Package Rate column is not able to edited. This amount will be changed as per the package items below.

❷ กดสร้างใหม่ รูปกระดาษ

    Click on paper icon to create new

เพิ่มไอเทมและราคาในแพกเกจ / Add Package Items

ขั้นตอนการค้นหาไอเทมเพื่อระบุราคาแพกเกจ

Items search

❶ หน้าต่างไอเทมจะปรากฏขึ้น

    Item search window

❷ ค้นหาชื่อไอเทมในช่อง for text โดยเป็นไอเทมแพกเกจที่ได้สร้างไว้ก่อนหน้า

        กด ที่นี่ เพื่อดูวิธีการสร้างไอเทม

❸ เมื่อพบแล้วให้กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ไอเทม เพื่อเลือก

    Double click on the item to select

เลือกไอเทม / Select Item

ระบุราคาแพกเกจ

Setup the monthly package price

❶ ระบุราคาแพกเกจในช่อง Fixed Price

    Put the package price in Fixed price box

❷ ราคาแพกเกจในช่อง Package Rate จะอัพเดทอัตโนมัติ

    The package rate will be updated automatic

สร้างเรทแพกเกจรายเดือน

Monthly Rate Creation

❶ หลังจากสร้างแพกเกจแล้วให้ไปที่แทบ Hotel Settings

    After created a monthly package, go to the Hotel Settings tab

❷ กดสร้างใหม่ โดยกดรูปกระดาษ

    Click on a new icon

❸ ระบุเรทโค้ด

    Named the rate code

❹ กดปุ่ม Accept เพื่อยืนยัน

    Click on Accept button

❻ ตั้งชื่อเรท

    Named the rate description

❼ เลือกกลุ่มเรท (ถ้ามี)

    Select a rate category (optional)

❽ เลือกแพกเกจรายเดือนที่ทำการสร้างไว้ก่อนหน้า

    Select a monthly package
