การค้นหาการจองจากหน้าต่าง Booking Search
❶ หน้าต่าง Booking Search จะปรากฏขึ้น
❷ สามารถเลือก filter เพื่อให้ช่วยกรองการจองได้ละเอียดมากขึ้น หากระบุเป็น None ระบบจะค้นหาการจองทุกสถานะในระบบ
Date Criterion = ค้นหาด้วยประเภทวัน เช่น วันที่เข้าพัก (Arrival), วันที่เช็คเอ้าท์ (Departure), Creation (วันที่สร้างการจอง), ไม่เลือกวัน (None)
Arriving from / Until before = ระบุระยะเวลาช่วงวันที่ต้องการกรองข้อมูล
Unit Category = หมวดห้องพัก (ตามที่ตั้งค่า)
Unit Type = ประเภทห้องพัก (ตามที่ตั้งค่า)
Unit = เบอร์ห้องพัก
Created by staff = สร้างการจองโดยชื่อพนักงาน
Booking Status = สถานะการจอง

➌ สามารถค้นหาการจองโดยระบุข้อมูลตามช่อง เช่น
Booking = ระบุหมายเลขการจอง
Guest = ระบุชื่อผู้เข้าพัก
Booker = ระบุชื่อผู้จอง
Company = ระบุชื่อบริษัทผู้จอง
Reference = ระบุหมายเลขอ้างอิงการจอง (เช่น กรณีจองมาจากเวปไซต์ หรือ OTA)
Group = ระบุชื่อกรุ๊ป
Contact Name = ระบุชื่อผู้ประสานงาน
Roomlist Guest = ระบุชื่อผู้เข้าพักในห้องพัก
