การตั้งค่าราคาและกำหนดกฏในแต่ละราคา - Pricelist Creation

 

เข้าสู่ระบบ Configuration...Login to Configuration

การสร้าง Pricelist Pricelist Creation

❶ แทบ Stock Setup

    Go to Stock Setup Tab

❷ แทบ Price Lists

    Go to Price Lists Tab

➌ กดรูปกระดาษเพื่อสร้างใหม่

    Click on paper icon to create new pricelist

❹ ระบุชื่อ Pricelist

    Name the pricelist

❺ กำหนด Access Restriction เพื่อจำกัดการเข้าถึง

    Setup the Access Restriction (if any)

❻ กำหนดรูปแบบราคา 

    Select the Tax Inclusivity Rules

• Inclusive of Taxes - ราคาสุทธิรวมภาษี

• Exclusive of Taxes - ราคาก่อนรวมภาษี

• [As per location] - กำหนดตามการตั้งค่าของแผนก

❼ กำหนด Priority เพื่อให้ระบบให้ความสำคัญกับราคาใดก่อน

    Select Priority

การสร้างกฏราคา Setup The Pricelist Rules

หลังจากที่สร้าง Pricelist ใหม่ด้านบนแล้ว ให้มาตั้งกฏราคาด้านล่าง

❶ กดรูปกระดาษเพื่อสร้างใหม่

    Click on paper icon to create a new rule of above pricelist

❷ กด ติ้กถูก ด้านหน้า กฏที่เพิ่งสร้างเพื่อให้ระบบทราบว่าใช้กฏนี้ในการกำหนดราคา

    Tick in the Inclusive Rule? column

➌ กำหนดแผนก

    Select department if would like to restrict the pricelist to a specific department

❹ กำหนดกลุ่มลูกค้า

    Select client status if would like to restrict the pricelist to a specific group of client

❺ กำหนดช่วงเวลา

    Select the timespan if would like to restrict to a timespan

❻ กำหนดวันที่เริ่ม-หยุดใช้งานราคานี้ หากไม่ระบุ หมายความว่า ไม่มีกำหนด

    Put the start and end date if would like to restrict to a period of duration

❼ กำหนดช่วงเวลาของวันที่เริ่ม-หยุดใช้งานราคานี้ หากไม่ระบุ หมายความว่า ไม่มีกำหนด

    Put the start and end time if would like to restrict to a period of time in a day

ตัวอย่างการตั้งกฏให้ราคาใช้ที่เฉพาะร้านอาหารเท่านั้น
