วิธีการเพิ่ม-ลบ รายการสินค้า - Transaction adding deleting item(s)

Log in Shopkeeper

1. Transaction: Adding Item(s)

    ธุรกรรม: เพิ่มรายการ

❶ Select the Search Item button

    เลือกปุ่ม Search Item

Note: select Add Other option to display predefined  buttons

หมายเหตุ: เลือกตัวเลือก Add Other เพื่อแสดงปุ่มที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้า

❶ Select Stock Item window

    หน้าต่าง Select Stock Item

❷ Fast Search: type in the Description

    ค้นหาแบบเร็ว: พิมพ์คำอธิบาย

❸ Locate & Select: select to highlight the  required item

    ค้นหาและเลือก: เลือกเพื่อไฮไลท์รายการที่ต้องการ

❹ Select the Accept Item button

    เลือก Accept Item

❶ The Added Item

    รายการที่ถูกเพิ่มแล้ว

2. Transaction: Deleting Item(s)

    ธุรกรรม: ลบรายการ

❶ Locate & Select: select to highlight the  required Item

    ค้นหาและเลือก: เลือกเพื่อไฮไลท์รายการที่ต้องการ

❷ Select the Delete button

    เลือกปุ่มถังขยะเพื่อลบ

❶ View – The Deleted Item 

    รายการที่ถูกลบ

3. Transaction: Transaction Clearing

    ธุรกรรม: การล้างธุรกรรม

❶ Select the Clear button

    เลือกปุ่ม Clear

The Confirm Order window, confirming the  process to clear the transaction.

Select Yes to  clear all added items

หน้าต่างยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ ยืนยันกระบวนการล้างธุรกรรม เลือก Yes เพื่อล้างรายการที่เพิ่มทั้งหมด

❶ View – Cleared Transaction

    ธุรกรรมที่ล้างแล้ว

4. Transaction: Adding Additional Item(s)
    ธุรกรรม: เพิ่มรายการเพิ่มเติม

❶ Shopkeeper POS screen

    หน้าจอ Shopkeeper POS

❷ Qty column: select the Add Extra Item
(green plus button)

    คอลัมน์จำนวน: เลือกเพิ่มรายการเพิ่มเติม (ปุ่มบวกสีเขียว)

❶ Enter Quantity For Item:… window

    หน้าต่าง Enter Quantity For Item:…

❷ Type in the quantity

    พิมพ์จำนวน

❸ Select the Accept (green tick button)

    เลือกยอมรับ (ปุ่มติ๊กถูกสีเขียว)

❶ View – Added Quantity

    จำนวนที่ถูกเพิ่มแล้ว
