วิธีการโอนเงินข้าม Folio คนละการจอง
Transferring Transaction Between Booking
❶ ไปที่แทบ Reservations
Go to Reservations Tab
❷ ไปที่แทบ Occupancy Grid tab
Go to Occupancy Grid Tab
❸ เลือกการจองที่ต้องการจะทำการโอนเงินออกจากการจองนี้
Select a booking
❹ กดปุ่ม Transaction
Select Transaction button

❶ หมายเลขการจองที่ปรากฏอยู่ จะเป็นหมายเลขการจองที่ต้องการโอนธุรกรรมออก โดยจะเป็นการจองที่ผู้ใช้งานเลือกมาตั้งแต่ต้น
หากต้องการเลือกการจองอื่นสามารถกดแว่นขยายเพื่อค้นหาการจองใหม่ได้
A selected booking number will be shown in Booking Group. User is able to select a new booking by click on a magnifying glass.
❷ ในช่องด้านล่างให้กดแว่นขยายเพื่อค้นหาการจองปลายทางที่จะโอนไป
Find a destination booking by click on the maginfying glass (at the bottom).

| เลือก Folio และการจองที่ต้องการโอนและรับเงิน/Select Folio and Booking For Transfering In and Out |
❸ หน้าต่างค้นหาการจองจะปรากฏขึ้น
Booking search window will pop up.
❹ ระบุข้อมูลที่จะค้นหาการจองได้ตามช่องค้นหา
Search the booking
❺ กดปุ่ม Refresh
Refresh
❻ เมื่อพบการจองแล้วให้กดดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่การจองนั้นเพื่อเลือก
Double click on a booking to select

❼ การจองที่เลือก จะปรากฏในช่อง Booking Group
The selected booking will be shown in Booking Group.
❽ เลือก Folio ปลายทางที่จะรับโอนธุรกรรม (กรณีมีหลาย Folio ในการจอง)
Select a destination folio.

เมื่อเลือกการจองและ Folio ปลายทางเรียบร้อยแล้ว
❶ ติ้กถูกหน้ารายการที่ต้องการจะโอน
Tick a transaction that will be transferred out.
❷ กดปุ่ม Transfer Selected Transactions
